Good news for those who don’t like to wait in line for food: Pacific Centre in Downtown Vancouver now offers mobile order and pay at its Urban Eatery Food Court in a partnership with Canadian startup ClickDishes.
With a comparable functionality to Starbucks’ Mobile Order and Pay, ClickDishes is a social foodie app and mobile platform that shoppers can use to pre-order food and pick it up without having to line up at the food court. It also has a feature called ‘Grab&Go+’, which is an invitation function that allows the user to invite others to place an order with them so that only one person needs to pick up the entire order – perfect for those working in Downtown Vancouver wanting to pick up food for their coworkers.
Among the Urban Eatery restaurants already on ClickDishes are:
- A&W
- Chachi’s Sandwiches
- Hula Poke
- La Prep
- Living Foods
- TacoTime
With this partnership, the Urban Eatery at CF Pacific Centre is now one of the first smart food courts in Western Canada.
ClickDishes has also helped other restaurants in Vancouver offer mobile order and pay since they launched in May, including: Crab Park Chowdery, Haru Korean Kitchen, Heritage Asian Eatery, Freshii, Gong Cha, Fatburger, and more.
