Hosted by Melody Fury of Gourmet Fury and Joy of Gourmeted, “Bake for the Quake” is a collective bake sale at Yaletown Roundhouse (181 Roundhouse Mews) this Wednesday April 20th. The cause? To raise funds for Japan earthquake and tsunami relief. Bake sale starts at 6pm and will feature an amazing array of baked goods by the Lower Mainland’s most talented cooks and bakers. There will also be prizes for raffle and silent auction items. All proceeds will go directly to Doctors without Borders. Make sure you bring cash, eco-friendly shopping bags and containers to store your baked goods!
