This February, in time for Valentines Day, Blenz is turning the city of Vancouver into a big dating game! Through “Blenz Red Band“, the beverage chain is giving singles in Vancouver a way to meet each other through a special coffee sleeve. If you are single, you can grab this red sleeve at any Blenz location throughout February, prompting other singles to approach you and vice versa.
Blenz will be using a variety of social media outlets to promote the Blenz Red Band from Feb 1 to 28th. For example, anyyone who mentions #BlenzRedBand on Twitter will be entered into a daily draw to win a Blenz Romance Kit, full of Valentine’s themed prizes. At the end of the month, a grand prize will be awarded to the couple that submits the best “Blenz Love Story” – a story on how they met each other through the Blenz Red Band promotion. Submissions are accepted on Facebook and Twitter and the grand prize winner will be selected on March 1, 2011.
