Every year, FASHION asks its lovely, savvy readers, and beauty enthusiasts everywhere, to vote for their top products—from the perfect red lipstick, to the cream they adore, to their fave pampering spot…all of their beauty must-haves.  The votes are then tabulated from the thousands of contributions and are announced in an upcoming issue of the magazine.
