Vancouver’s original street food celebration returns as Street Food City brings hungry diners, food trucks, and mobile eateries together during Dine Out Vancouver Festival 2026. Now in its 14th year, the fan-favourite event showcases bold flavours, comforting classics, and crave-worthy street food — all served up by local small businesses.

Street Food City takes place Thursday, January 22 to Sunday, January 25 at the north plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery, on West Georgia Street between Hornby and Howe Streets. The event runs from 11 am to 3 pm on Thursday and Friday, and 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Across four days, Street Food City showcases a rotating lineup of food trucks serving globally inspired cuisines — from saucy comfort foods and crispy handhelds to plant-forward bites and sweet treats. With vendors changing throughout the event, no two visits are quite the same, making it easy (and tempting) to come back more than once. Adding to the lively atmosphere, DJs from TableTutors will spin daily, providing an upbeat soundtrack that keeps the energy high and the vibes festive throughout the day.
“Street Food City continues to be one of the most accessible and fun ways to experience Dine Out Vancouver Festival. With a wide range of cuisines and approachable price points, it’s an easy way to support local vendors, try something new, and enjoy the energy of downtown Vancouver during the festival.” – Lucas Pavan, Manager, Membership & Culinary Programs, Destination Vancouver.
