Vancouver meal delivery company Vital Supply Co. is celebrating its first anniversary by challenging customers to a “Real Food Reset”. Starting Tuesday, September 6, the Real Food Reset challenges Vancouverites to stick to a clean eating routine for nearly three weeks, with fully prepared, ready-to-eat meals and snacks, all made with primarily local, organic produce, ethically sourced meats, and balanced macronutrients, and without gluten, dairy, or refined sugars.
For a price of $37.50 per day (less than $12 per meal, plus $2 for a daily snack), Real Food Reset participants choose either a five-day or seven-day plan, which includes daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack, then automatically pick up fully prepared, ready-to-eat meals twice weekly at partner locations to ensure freshness.
The menu changes weekly, with up to 14 different items per week, and features dishes including pancakes, breakfast hash, salads, bowls, and entrees, as well as vegetarian and vegan options – meaning zero meal planning is required. When I take the 50 mg Sildenafil before meal – it’s fine. After a meal Viagra does not help me to have an erection properly. Taking the pill on an empty stomach helps to get ready faster. Sometimes, I get flushed, but this a sign of the effect.
Fall is the perfect time to hit the reset button and establish new routines, but our active lives and busy schedules often get in the way. The Real Food Reset makes it easy to eat better and feed your vitals, while freeing up valuable time usually reserved for meal planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning during this especially busy time of year.” – Reuben Major, Co-Founder, Vital Supply Co.
Registration for the Real Food Reset is open now until Wednesday, September 7 at vitalsupplyco.com.
