Vancouver’s Newest Fitness Workout: Mini Trampoline Classes

Newly opened in March 2016 in downtown, Seacity Fitness Studio has introduced “Mini Tramp Classes“, a first-of-its-kind in Vancouver, to fitness enthusiasts in our city.   This low impact cardio class alternates between high energy rebounding and strength exercises, while using a small trampoline as the prop.

The Mini Tramp classes are taught by Seacity’s Master Trampoline Instructor, Kristen Adams. Kristen is a certified fitness coach with a background in dance, martial arts and gymnastics and has designed this class to help people gain agility and strength. It’s a super fun way to get a good workout.  This class is upbeat and energetic…participants should be prepared to jump and bounce to the beat of the music!

Some of the other unconventional workouts that Seacity Fitness Studio offers include expert-led classes of Heavy Bag Boxing, Kettlebell Strength, Suspension Training, Fitness Fused Pilates, High Intensity Interval Training (using air bikes) and Resistance Based Yoga.  Seacity also offers an integrated approach to fitness with personal and group clinics on everything from rehabilitation and nutrition and lifestyle.
