The outlet arm of US luxury department chain Saks Fifth Avenue will be expanding their OFF 5th outlet concept to Canada. Their first Western Canadian location is scheduled to open as an anchor tenant in Fall 2016, at the grand opening of Tsawwassen Mills, a 1.2 million sqft shopping centre currently under construction in Tsawwassen, BC.
As part of the Hudson’s Bay Company brand portfolio, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH is a fashion destination which combines the two great joys of shopping: the delight of discovering the best in luxury, and the thrill of finding a deal. This opening at Tsawwassen Mills is part of Saks OFF 5TH’s North American expansion plan to open up to 25 locations across Canada. Other Canadian openings of Saks OFF 5th include Place Ste-Foy (Spring 2017), Montreal Eaton Centre (Fall 2018) and Outlet Collection Winnipeg (Spring 2017).
