Join Mona Sultan and over 25 local Vancouver designers to shop for a cause and raise funds of the Syrian refugee crisis. On Saturday November 21, from 4pm to 8pm, Eastwood Cycle Sanctuary (154 W. Hastings Street) will be the hosting venue for “From Vancouver With Love”, a designer pop-up shop offering great local brands at below retail prizes, and prizes to be won.
Some of the contributing brands includes: Melanie Auld Jewelry, One of a Few, Woodlot, Strathcona Stockings, The Candid Confectioner, Lloyd & Wolf Couture, Claudia Schulz Hats, LISSU linen, reassembly, Lisbeth Jewelry, Old Joy and Goodge Place, Mitani Designs.
All proceeds from the event will go to Karam Foundation‘s “Innovative Education” and “Learn Not Earn” programs, two initiatives with creative approaches in dealing with child trauma and bringing Syrian refugee children out of labour and back to school.
