With long, hot days and full weeks of sunshine in Vancouver, the summer menu at YEW at Four Seasons is in full swing. A menu tasting of light and refreshing summer dishes was recently hosted on their fourth-floor pool deck, the only pool in Vancouver to be half indoors and half outdoors. BC fruit ingredients were definitely a theme for the season, including BC cherries and BC blueberries.
