In support of Breast Cancer Awareness month this October, Tic Tac Canada is donating $25,000 to the Breast Cancer Society of Canada and will be launching a limited edition Pink Grapefruit flavour. The Breast Cancer Society of Canada is a registered, national, not-for-profit, charitable organization dedicated to funding Canadian breast cancer research into the detection, prevention, treatment and to ultimately find a cure for the disease that women fear most. All month long, the Tic Tac Canada Facebook Page will be posting up pink-related promotions, giveaways and prizes. They’ve even designed a new Tic Tac character to represent their support for the cure!
As for the limited edition Pink Grapefruit Tic Tacs, they come in a “100 mint” 49g container which is almost 3x the usual size of Tic Tac boxes. They are pink, fruity but end with an unusual minty aftertaste. Pink Grapefruit Tic Tacs will be available in October at grocery and convenient store retailers across Canada, including London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart and 7-11. To enter to win your own Pink Grapefruit Tic Tac prize pack, be sure to “Like” the Tic Tac Canada Facebook Page.

Share the “love” share a TIC TAC. So much “pop” in such a teeny, tiny candy. Love to share the new flavour grapefruit with those I meet whether a friend, relative or the person next to me in the grocery store. Even something as tiny as a Tic Tac can make someone’s day special. Always shared a Tic Tac with my aunt in her nursing home cause she couldn’t eat candy & a Tic Tac was just the right size with a burst of flavour…she really enjoyed the “little treat”.
I would share with my daughter, she love Tic Tac’s and we have never had the Pink Grapefruit flavor 🙂
I would share them with my wife, who loves pink grapefruit flavour and my daughter who loves ANY flavour of tic tacs!
A good friend of mine just found out 2 weeks ago she had breast cancer and just had a mastectomy…I would love to share pink grapefruit TicTacs with her to help show my support.
I would share the Pink Grapefruit Tic Tacs with my mother as she had a breast cancer scare which thankfully became a false alarm. Ever since she has been a proud supporter of the Breast Cancer Society of Canada. Being able to share this gift with her would surely brighten up her day.
I would share it with my Dad, who misses our Mom who died of breast cancer in 2003. Funny enough, she was also allergic to grapefruit so I’m sure the Tic Tac would make him laugh.
I would share them with our hockey team.
If I win, I would share my Pink Grapefruit Tic Tacs with my mother – because she loves the color pink, she loves mint and grapefruit, she is a big supporter of breast cancer research – but most of all, because SHE IS AWESOME!
I would share my Tic Tacs with my 22 year old daughter because as a young woman she is in support of any Breast Cancer promotions.
They taste so good, I would save them for myself… well maybe a couple to my co-workers.
I’d share them with my wife.
I would share the Tic Tacs with my Dad who lost his mom to Breast Cancer, and who is fighting his own fight with Colon and Liver Cancer.
