Paul Croteau Confections – last day at Oakridge Center (September 12, 2010)

PCConfections_MacaronsDo you like macarons?  Paul Croteau Confections has been selling macarons, a French almond meringue sandwich cookie with flavoured ganache fillings of seasonal flavours, and other sweets, at a kiosk in Oakridge Shopping Centre since the beginning of August 2010. But at the end of this month, Paul Croteau will be relocating to 1020 Main Street, near Terminal Avenue. The new store will be located directly above Campagnolo Restaurant, where Paul Croteau oversees the bread and dessert program as Pastry Chef.  The final day of sales at  Oakridge will be Sunday, September 12, 2010.
