From April 18th to 30th, bring in your empty containers to any Kiehl’s Canada location and receive a complimentary Kiehl’s starter kit. I don’t have much other information – I found this out through Twitter. Guess you’ll have to go in-stores to find out what the kit consists of!

The Canadian coffee chain Waves Coffee is having a $2 Matcha Tea Latte Promotion. “Crushed whole leaf, Japanese Green Tea and steamed milk make the perfect antioxidant-rich drink for a health conscious Waves goer.” I am very happy about this because Matcha Tea Lattes is my usual coffee shop drink of choice! The sign didn’t specify when the promotion ended, but I was told by the barista the promotion will go on until the end of April.

For 2012, the Portobello West Art and Fashion Market has evolved into a 2-day market, 4 times a year. This weekend (March 24 and 25) is its season opener at Creekside Community Centre in the Olympic Village. From 11am to 5pm, browse stalls of independent designers as they showcase their locally made art, clothing, accessories, and sweets. It only costs $2 but if you print out the image above, you can get 2-for-1 admission. So grab a friend and head to Portobello West. I’ll be there on Saturday, hope to see you there too!
