When Chapters Indigo closed its massive three-storey store on Robson & Howe Street, in favour of its small format Indigospirit, they promised its customers that they would eventually open a larger store again in downtown Vancouver. Well, that time is coming soon – Indigo has just announced it will be opening a new 29,000 square foot flagship location on Robson Street, to open in the Fall 2018.
Taking over the former Forever 21 retail space at 1033 Robson Street, the new two-level space will reflect Indigo’s full new concept. The new store will have a warm and inviting aesthetic inspired by the city. Customers will explore the best book selection, exclusive Indigo designed lifestyle products, and an outstanding IndigoKids department. The store will also have a full café and community space for special events.
